How to sleep like a holistic queen

In our fast-paced world, quality sleep is essential for overall well-being. On Instagram, I shared my daily bedtime routine, but on nights when I have a little extra time, I like to make it extra special. I’ve linked everything in this blog post so you can recreate the perfect wind-down routine for those evenings when you need a little extra self-care or for nights when you just want to stick to the essentials. 💫

2. Skincare:

My nighttime skincare routine is all about nourishing my skin while keeping it simple. I start with the Mad Hippie Jelly Cleanser on a konjac sponge—I love using this sponge because it's super gentle yet effective at exfoliating and removing dirt without stripping my skin. Then, I apply the Super A Serum for a dose of skin-renewing retinoids, followed by the Triple C Night Cream to deeply hydrate and brighten. 3. Blue Blocker Glasses: Protecting Your Circadian Rhythm:

4. Reading before bed with a low blue light lamp:

Wind down your evening by reading a good book under a low blue light bulb. The soft, warm glow of the yellow light promotes relaxation and minimizes exposure to stimulating blue light. 5. Diffusing Lavender + Geranium Oil: Aromatherapy for Blissful Sleep:

I’ve tried frownies before and really liked them, but when I wear them too many nights in a row I always get a mini breakout. So I also started using SilkDermis forehead patches and also love them! Below I listed the pros/cons to both so you can see which you think you’d like best!
