How to use rosemary oil for healthy hair

When you think of hair care, you probably don’t think of rosemary oil. However, it can offer some pretty surprising benefits for your hair and scalp!

We all want thicker, stronger, healthier hair, right? And no one likes an itchy, flaky scalp…This is where rosemary oil comes in!

Rosemary oil can help to strengthen and grow your hair and can help with dandruff.

The natural compounds in rosemary oil have anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antibacterial, antioxidant, and analgesic properties.

In simpler terms - this stuff is amazing.

Rosemary has been used for centuries to stimulate blood circulation in the scalp, helping hair grow. It has also been used to help with dry scalp and dandruff. It can even help with hair breakage and split ends!

How To Apply

Not only is rosemary oil natural, but it’s also simple to use. Simply add a drop of rosemary oil into your shampoo 2-3 times per week. That’s it! After a few washes, you'll be on your way to healthier hair

Remember - a little goes a long way! Essential oils are powerful and potent, so you don’t need to add more than a drop to reap all the amazing benefits for your hair!

If you deal with dandruff, it’s important to choose a shampoo without dandruff triggering ingredients! Choose a shampoo that’s low tox and doesn’t contain sulfates, parabens, or synthetic fragrances. My favorite is from Plaine Products!
