DIY Scented Pinecones with Plant Therapy’s New Fall Scents

Create a low-tox, fall-ready home with Plant Therapy’s new scents!

It’s officially the start of fall, which means snacking on all of Trader Joe’s pumpkin-flavored treats and filling your home with warm and cozy fall scents. Of course, you already know I stay away from toxic, artificial fragrances, but that doesn’t mean I don’t like to keep my apartment smelling seasonal!

Plant Therapy has a whole line of seasonal blends made with all-natural, high-quality essential oils to diffuse throughout your home, add to your cleaning products, or use to create this simple and fun fall DIY!

DIY Scented Pinecones

These scented pine cones are perfect for adding subtle, sustainable fall decor to your home while filling the room with a cozy fall scent. Follow the steps or watch the video below!

What you’ll need:

Step 1

*If your pinecones are store-bought, skip this step and go straight to step 2.

If you’re using pinecones from nature, they’ll need to be baked in the oven at 200 degrees for one hour while keeping a close eye on them.

Step 2

Place your pinecones in a galloon-sized bag, add 20 drops of Plant Therapy’s fall blend of choice and shake it up.

Step 3

Place your pinecones in a decorative bowl and enjoy your low-tox, fall-scented home!
