It’s super simple and helps fight adrenal fatigue, which many people deal with (whether you know it or not!)

What is Adrenal Fatigue? 

Ok, so the famed adrenal cocktail aims to help you fight adrenal fatigue, but what is adrenal fatigue in the first place? 

Adrenal fatigue occurs when your body is overstressed and your adrenal glands are strained. Adrenal glands are responsible for managing your body’s stress response, as well as your glucose usage, blood pressure regulation, metabolism, and immune responses. 

Symptoms of adrenal fatigue: 

  • Extreme fatigue 

  • Sweet or salty cravings

  • Brain fog

  • Digestive problems 

  • Weight gain 

  • Poor immune system

When we’re stressed, our body becomes depleted of vital minerals and nutrients. This adrenal cocktail helps replenish some of those nutrients your adrenal glands need the most!

½ Cup Orange Juice - Packed with Vitamin C 

½ Cup Coconut Water - Boosts your electrolytes and keeps your hydrated 

A heavy pinch of pink salt - Provides sodium, which helps to regulate stress and maintain proper adrenal function. 

Yep, it’s that simple. 

I love drinking this in the afternoon to help with that 3 pm slump. It’s a great alternative to a second cup of coffee to fuel your body naturally!
