4 Steps to a Healthy Hair Care Routine for Growth

This is my hair washing day routine that I do about 3 times a week. 

If you have straight hair like mine, make sure to brush your hair when it’s still dry to prevent breakage. 

Full Routine:

  1. Hair therapy serum: To start off, apply a hair therapy serum to the scalp, focusing on the hair line. Let it sit for 30-60 minutes and then shower.

  2. ACV rinse: Before shampooing, rinse your hair with an apple cider vinegar rinse. This helps to clarify the scalp and remove buildup. Here's a recipe: 1 cup ACV, 1 cup water, 10 drops rosemary oil, and 3 teaspoons aloe vera gel.
