How to use peppermint oil

Peppermint oil offers a minty, fresh, refreshing feeling but can do way more than freshen your breath!

Soothe cramps and soreness

Whether you’re dealing with menstrual cramps or achy muscles after a workout, peppermint oil can work like a natural icy hot to soothe your pain and ease your soreness. Dilute peppermint oil and rub it directly over your area of concern.

Ease tummy trouble

Nausea, bloating, indigestion, or an upset stomach? Peppermint oil can give your digestive system some relief. Dilute peppermint oil and apply it over your belly as needed.

Reduce head tension

Massage your temples with a drop of diluted peppermint oil to reduce your head tension.

Encourage hair growth

Add a drop of peppermint oil to your shampoo to open up your hair follicles and encourage growth.

Promote focus

Peppermint oil can help promote focus during work or school, so diffuse a few drops in your office or classroom.

Lower temperature

If your temperature is rising, apply diluted peppermint oil down the spine to cool down.

Freshen breath

Swish your mouth with coconut oil and a drop of peppermint oil for fresh breath and to promote oral health.
