Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that involves swishing oil in your mouth to remove toxins and better your oral health.

Oil pulling is a relatively simple practice with huge benefits! All you do is put a tablespoon or so of edible oil like coconut, sesame, or sunflower into your mouth and swish it around.
