Creating a holistic morning routine

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE my morning routine. I always feel better when I start my day with a few simple practices that set me up for success.

If you want to make your morning routine more holistic, here’s what I recommend!

Focus on your mouth

Oral health is a window to your overall health. So when you focus on your oral health, you’re boosting whole body wellness!

Oil pulling first thing in the morning is a simple and inexpensive way to promote general wellness, whiten teeth, reduce tooth sensitivity, and may even reduce the risk of gum inflammation.

Oil pull for 1-10 minutes, tongue scrape, and then brush when finished.

Create the mood

I love diffusing oils first thing in the morning to help create the mood for the day. The great thing about essential oils is you can create custom diffuser blends based on your favorite scents or what kind of mood you want to set each day!

Diffuser Blends

Lemon + Mint

If you’re looking for something refreshing, uplifting, and that promotes focus, this is the perfect blend to start the day.

Orange + Lavender

The perfect relaxing and refreshing blend if you like to start the day slow with a calming scent.
