My morning routine as a holistic girl

I love having my morning routine to prepare my body and mind for the day. These simple practices help me keep my mental and physical wellness on track, and make a difference in how I feel throughout the day!

Morning Sole Water

I always start with some water as my first drink of the morning. Sole is water soaked in pink Himalayan salts, which creates 26% salt water.

Drinking sole water first thing in the morning helps to:

  • Restore your electrolytes

  • Hydrate the body

  • Boost your digestion

  • Prevent any muscle cramps

You can think of it as your all-natural electrolyte drink without the added sugars, dyes, and synthetic ingredients.

How to make sole water

Combine salt stones and water in a container or jar and let them soak for up to a day. After that, add a small amount of the sole water to a glass of regular water each morning.

Oily Routine

Essential oils help to raise my energy and vibration first thing. I lean towards diffusing minty, energizing oils like peppermint to wake me up, and applying citrus, uplifting oils like orange on the bottom of my feet for a total body effect.

Diffusing essential oils not only helps to freshen the air but also offers aromatic benefits such as increased energy or focus, depending on the oil you diffuse.

Applying essential oils to the bottoms of your feet and gently massaging stimulates your reflexology points for targeted support and helps your oils absorb faster and with less irritation.

*Anytime you apply essential oils, remember to dilute with a carrier oil

Choose your oil blends, based on your needs!

Mood boost: Citrus oils

Promote focus: Minty oils

Calming/grounding: Wood or floral oils
