My skincare routine isn’t just a topical skincare routine.
Skincare starts with what we eat, drink, bathe in, AND what we apply to our skin.
This is what I do for my skin, that doesn’t involve any topical cream, serum, or oil.
The source of many of our skin and hair concerns often lies in the water we use during showers.

This is one of my longest blogs, I’ve been spending lots of time trying to perfect my skincare routine. It’s actually been years since I first started focusing on my skin health.
I recommend trying one thing to add into your routine and then in 2 weeks, add in another and slowly grow it. This is a lifestyle not a quick fix, take your time and be kind to yourself.
